For 2024, our conference theme is \u201cEvolve &#8211; creating playbooks for the new world of work.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Together, we\u2019ll explore forward-thinking strategies, playbooks, and transformative insights that empower organizations to adapt, thrive, and shape a resilient culture in a new work and company culture era. Culture Summit 2024 is your guide to crafting scalable culture playbooks that help organizations continually adapt and evolve to support the needs of the modern workplace.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you shape and foster cultural practices at organizations, have led culture transformation with an innovative approach, or have a success story and valuable insights to share with our community, we would love to hear from you!<\/p>\n<p>We encourage speakers from all backgrounds and experiences to contribute to our collective conference. Diverse perspectives help enhance the quality of discussions and ensure a comprehensive and inclusive exploration of all of our <em>conference themes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>*Due to the high volume of submissions we receive and the limited number of speaking slots, we\u2019re unable to reply to everyone. However, please know that we do read every submission. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>In a world of constant change, relevance is key. Wellbeing &#8211; The New Workplace Imperative<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The overall mental, physical, emotional, and economic health of employees, and how it is a top driver of employee retention and productivity.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Employee Flexibility &amp; Agency<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Trends, examples, success stories and data on alternative work models and flexible workplaces.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Employee Communications &amp; Employer Branding Across the Employee Lifecycle\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Understanding what\u2019s driving the talent market, the importance of an engaged employee base, and communicating a positive culture internally and externally to retain your employees and attract new talent.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. Leaning into, not out of, DEIB &amp; Social Impact\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>When and how company leaders should weigh in on global events, the importance of supporting historically marginalized employees now more than ever, and how social impact can drive employee engagement.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5. Development &amp; Reskilling for Employee Engagement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Re-onboarding employees to adapt and set expectations for new ways of working, investing in regenerative talent and internal mobility, and reskilling for AI.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><u>What else do we look for?<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>A CONCISE OVERVIEW<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A focused overview that explains what the audience will learn from your session and key takeaways our community can apply immediately.
