This includes social events at off-site locations, online activities and social media before, during and after the conference itself.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><br \/>Unacceptable Behavior<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span>These behaviors, in any form, will not be tolerated at Culture Summit:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Harassment (see full definition below)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Intimidation, deliberate stalking or following<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Abuse<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Discrimination<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Use of sexualized language, images, or clothing. This includes presentations, slides, and speaker content.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Possession and\/or use of illegal substances<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Possession of an item that can be used as a weapon causing harm to others<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>Our definition of harassment includes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Unwelcome or hostile behavior, including verbal or written comments that intimidate, create\u00a0<\/span>discomfort,<span>\u00a0or interfere with a person\u2019s participation in the conference<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Unwelcome physical contact<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Unwelcome sexual attention<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><br \/>Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span>Participants asked to stop unacceptable behavior are expected to comply immediately. Participants who violate the Code of Conduct may be expelled from the conference and related-activities without a refund and\/or banned from future events at the discretion of the organizers.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>If You Experience or Witness Unacceptable Behavior\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span>We need your help to keep the conference community safe, accountable and responsible.
