Dubbed "The Great Resignation", research has found that in April of 2021, a record 4 million people quit their jobs in the United States. The reasons why people leave range from experiencing burnout to not wanting to go back to the office but one thing is for sure, people want more from their employers and that starts with improving the employee experience.
We know that putting people first is good for business and with an impending rise in turnover, prioritizing employees' new needs has to become the gold standard.
