Describe your ideal workplace culture in 2-3 lines

The company and leadership are rooted in purpose, everyone feels comfortable bringing their true and authentic selves to work, employees are diverse (age, ethnicity, identity, geography, etc.), every employee can feel a sense of belonging, and the collective workforce shares a passion for the company’s mission.


What do most companies spend a silly amount of time on?  Instead, where should they invest that time?

Happy hours and social events with no meaning behind them. Shift money and resources to celebrate community and programming that is meaningful to your employees (i.e. Black History Month, Pride, LatinX, Diwali, Bring Your Kid to Work Day, etc.)
